Shipping ?
Your order will be delivered in the same day that the payment was confirmed.
Address given was incorrect or an old one ??
Postage will need to be paid again before we re-post the order.
We can't be responsible if the order goes missing.
Customs and receipt ?
We don't send a receipt with the item ( as you would have received an email from ecrater and paypal at time of purchase) however we do have to write the amount the package is worth on the green customs form that is placed on the outside of the envelope.
Please understand that marking "gift" on the customs form will get us into big trouble! Customs do spot checks and we risk heavy fines if we are caught giving false information. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
When your package arrives, if you live in world wide you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible. We unfortunately have no control over these fees and don't receive any further payment. Please check with your post office prior to ordering.

Australia: Up to 7 days
World wide: 7 - 30 working days
Refunds and Exchanges ?
If your order is faulty in any way you can return the item to us in its original condition. The product needs to be posted back within 7 days of you receiving it.
